The staff at Hotel Katra Grand A Unit Of Mal Mai Group were very cooperative and allowed us to use the reception area to pack up after our Darshan. They also let us use a public washroom to freshen up, which was a small but manageable facility. The rooms were decent and provided a comfortable stay.

Although the rates for everything, including the rooms, were on the higher side, the facilities and services did not seem to justify the cost. Additionally, we did not receive a room GST invoice upon checking out, despite making a direct payment at the property.

The hotel offered delicious meals at their restaurant and the staff was helpful with our requests. The location was convenient for us, as it was close to the railway station. the room was spacious and the bathroom was clean - this was a definite plus.
